辊道电机接地造成西门子S120公共直流母线系统故障的研究与对策

摘要 针对电机接地导致S120公共直流母线系统故障进行原因分析,提出了相应的对策。通过在电机模块与电机之间加装隔离变压器,消除了单个电机接地造成的系统故障,同时,也实现了电机发生接地故障时对应断路器的跳闸功能。改造完成后,将该项技术应用到棒材作业区的上床辊道变频器上,提高了成材率,降低了棒线、棒材产品的成本,效果显著。 An analysis was conducted on the causes of faults in the S120 public DC bus system caused by motor grounding,and corresponding countermeasures were proposed.By installing an isolation transformer between the motor module and the motor,system faults caused by single motor grounding are eliminated,and the tripping function of the corresponding circuit breaker in the event of a motor grounding fault is also achieved.After the renovation was completed,this technology was applied to the bed roller frequency converter in the bar production area,which increased the yield rate and reduced the cost of bar wire and bar products,with significant results.
