高地应力及动压影响下回采巷道支护方案优化

摘要 针对3316专用瓦斯抽采巷在面临高地应力及动压影响时的支护难题,首先对巷道围岩变形破坏特征以及原支护方案的不合理之处进行了分析,运用矿压实测、理论分析及数值模拟等研究手段,对巷道支护方案进行了优化,并成功进行了工程实践。矿压观测结果表明,相比原支护方案,3316专用瓦斯抽采巷的断面收缩率平均降低了近80%,优化后的支护方案对围岩变形起到了很好的控制作用,有力保障了矿井安全生产。 In response to the support difficulties of 3316 specialized gas extraction roadway under the influence of high ground stress and dynamic pressure,the deformation and failure characteristics of the surrounding rock of the roadway and the irrationality of the original support plan were first analyzed.Research methods such as mine pressure measurement,theoretical analysis,and numerical simulation were used to optimize the roadway support plan,and engineering practice was successfully carried out.The observation results of the mine pressure indicate that compared to the original support scheme,the section shrinkage rate of the 3316 dedicated gas extraction roadway has been reduced by nearly 80%on average.The optimized support scheme has played a good control role in the deformation of the surrounding rock,effectively ensuring the safety of mine production.
