摘要
钢挤压机生产线主要设备由德国SMS MEER挤压机和扩孔机构成。根据钢挤压机生产线的现场运行情况以及特点,对需要工业机器人代替人工进行干预的位置进行分析。对工业机器人的执行机构和控制方式进行选型设计,使机器人可以更好地适应现场,代替人工作业,提高生产线的标准化运行水平,确保生产线高效率运行。
The main equipment of the steel extruder production line is composed of German SMS MEER Hotextruction enquipment and Vertical Pierceing enquipment.According to the on-site operation and characteristics of the steel extruder production line,the location that requires industrial robots to intervene instead of manual intervention is analyzed.The selection,actuator and control mode of industrial robots are designed,so that industrial robots can better adapt to the site and can really replace labor,improve the standardized operation level of the production line,and make the production line run efficiently.
