摘要
针对煤矿井下硬质顶板情况下综采面来压步距大、安全性差的不足,提出了一种新的定向预裂深孔爆破技术工艺,对井下综采面地质情况、定向预裂爆破技术方案、爆破参数设计、预裂爆破安全控制措施等进行了分析。通过利用矿压监测方案表明,该技术能够将井下综采面顶板来压步距降低23.17%,将井下巷道顶板下沉量降低25.9%。
In response to the shortcomings of large weighting step and poor safety of fully mechanized mining faces under the condition of hard roof in coal mines,a new directional pre-splitting deep hole blasting technology has been proposed,and the geological conditions of the underground fully mechanized mining face,directional pre-splitting blasting technology scheme,blasting parameter design,and pre-splitting blasting safety control measures have been analyzed.By utilizing the mine pressure monitoring scheme,it has been shown that this technology can reduce the pressure step of the roof of the underground fully mechanized mining face by 23.17%,and reduce the subsidence of the underground roadway roof by 25.9%.
