摘要
板式换热器因其效率高、结构紧凑等特点广泛应用于各行各业。然而,水垢和污垢的积累会导致传热效率下降,甚至发生设备故障。为解决此问题,提出换热站自动反清洗系统的应用方案。运用自动反清洗系统,不仅能显著提高传热效率,降低能耗,而且能提高设备运行的稳定性和可靠性,减少人工干预的风险。
Plate heat exchangers are widely used in various industries due to their high efficiency and compact structure.However,the accumulation of scale and dirt can lead to a decrease in heat transfer efficiency and even equipment failure.To address this issue,an application solution for the automatic self-cleaning system of heat exchange stations was put forward.The use of an automatic self-cleaning system not only significantly improves heat transfer efficiency and reduces energy consumption,but also improves the stability and reliability of equipment operation,reducing the risk of manual intervention.
