The 1580 hot rolling regenerative heating furnace of Jingtang Company adopts a composite insulation refractory material structure,which has caused damage to refractory materials at different positions during use.An in-depth analysis was conducted on this phenomenon and reasonable preventive measures were taken.At the same time,based on production practice,the technical management of refractory materials for regenerative heating furnaces was discussed from the aspects of design,construction,oven drying,and maintenance.
