摘要
为了解决地铁转乘站上盖物业涉及的厚板转换层面临的大体积混凝土温度裂缝控制问题,通过实际项目,采取优化混凝土配比、运用温度控制技术、合理应用施工工艺及厚板大体积混凝土温度控制技术等方式控制混凝土水化热及混凝土内外温度差,有效控制了厚板大体积混凝土的温度裂缝发展,为厚板大体积混凝土温度裂缝控制施工提供了技术借鉴和参考。
In order to solve the problem of controlling temperature cracks in large volume concrete in the thick slab transfer layer involved in the property construction of subway transfer stations,through practical projects,methods such as optimizing concrete mix ratio,applying temperature control technology,reasonable application of construction technology,and temperature control technology for thick slab large volume concrete were adopted to control the hydration heat of concrete and the temperature difference between the inside and outside of concrete,effectively controlling the development of temperature cracks in thick slab large volume concrete,This provides technical reference and practical engineering reference for temperature crack control construction of thick slab mass concrete.
