稀土产业链的延伸与发展,特别是稀土永磁材料的应用,未来在推动新能源汽车、风能发电、节能发动机、燃料电池等低碳环保领域发挥着关键作用,为实现“双碳”目标奠定良好基础。因此,我国稀土产业链供应链的安全稳定发展需从多方面对稀土全生命周期进行优化,如加强上游控制、优化中游加工和延伸下游应用等,从而保障我国在全球稀土产业链格局变化中的优势竞争地位。

The extension and development of the rare earth industry chain,especially the application of rare earth permanent magnet materials,will play a key role in the promotion of new energy vehicles,wind power generation,energy-saving engines,fuel cells and other low-carbon environmental protection fields in the future,laying a good foundation for the realisation of the"dual-carbon"goal.Therefore,the safe and stable development of China's rare earth industry chain supply chain needs to optimise the whole life cycle of rare earths in various aspects,such as strengthening upstream control,optimising midstream processing and extending downstream applications,so as to guarantee China's competitive position in the changing pattern of the global rare earth industry chain.
