当前,作为改变国民经济各行业的关键力量,新一代数字技术正加速扩散,与其他产业深度融合。制造业是立国之本、强国之基和创新之源,全球范围内正在发生百年未有之大变局,新一轮科技革命和产业变革突飞猛进,全球产业链和价值链面临重构,在实现经济增长、扩大就业、促进创新和维护国家安全等方面,制造业的重要性进一步凸显。围绕制造业数字化转型、工业互联网和智能制造等问题,对数字科技赋能苏州制造向苏州智造转型升级的现状进行分析,对其发展过程中的制约因素进行探讨,并就推进数字科技赋能苏州制造向苏州智造转型升级提出了针对性的政策建议。
