数字经济对甘肃省高质量发展的影响研究——基于面板门槛模型的检验

Research on the Impact of Digital Economy on the High Quality Development of GansuProvince-Test based on Panel Threshold Model

基于面板门槛模型,利用2011—2020年甘肃省14个市(州)的面板数据考察了数字经济对高质量发展的非线性影响。研究表明,数字经济对助推甘肃高质量发展呈现明显的门槛特征,当数字经济发展指数低于第一门槛值0.069 9时,数字经济对甘肃省高质量发展的影响显著为负;而当发展指数高于0.069 9时,其影响为正。基于研究结论,提出了数字经济在甘肃省高质量发展中政府、企业和社会等方面的对策建议,包括重视对数字经济发展的支持和引导,促进数字经济和传统产业融合发展,加强数字安全和隐私保护;加强数字化转型和创新能力培养,积极探索新的商业模式和经营方式,提升企业竞争力和市场地位;普及推广数字技术的应用,提高数字化素养和创新能力。

Based on the panel threshold model,the nonlinear impact of digital economy on high-quality development is examined using panel data of 14 cities(states)in Gansu Province from 2011 to 2020.The study shows that the digital economy presents obvious threshold characteristics for boosting Gansu's high-quality development,and when the digital economy development index is lower than the first threshold value of 0.0699,the impact of the digital economy on the high-quality development of Gansu Province is significantly negative;while when the development index is higher than 0.0699,its impact is positive.Based on the research conclusions,countermeasure suggestions for the government,enterprises and society in the high-quality development of the digital economy in Gansu are put forward:pay attention to the support and guidance of the development of the digital economy,promote the integration of the digital economy and traditional industries,and strengthen the digital security and privacy protection;strengthen the digital transformation and the cultivation of innovation capacity,actively explore new business models and operation methods,and enhance the competitiveness and market position of enterprises;popularize the Promote the application of digital technology and improve digital literacy and innovation ability.
