基于低碳理念与不同电力技术的电力结构转型研究

摘要 通过分析传统电力技术和可再生能源技术发展现状以及电力技术发展趋势与低碳化,此次研究指出低碳理念可以引导电力结构转型,并分享国际和国内的低碳电力结构转型经验。提出提高电力产业的能源利用效率、大力发展清洁能源、加强电力科技创新和电网智能化建设这四种基于低碳理念的电力结构优化策略。旨在为政府、企业和科研机构提供参考,帮助各方深入了解低碳电力结构转型的重要性,并提出可行的优化策略,推动低碳理念更好地指导电力结构转型。 By analysing the current status of the development of traditional electric power technology and renewable energy technology,as well as the development trend of electric power technology and decarbonisation,this study points out that the low-carbon concept can lead to the transformation of the electric power structure,and shares the experiences of low-carbon electric power structure transformation in the international and domestic context.It proposes four power structure optimisation strategies based on the low-carbon concept,namely,improving the energy use efficiency of the power industry,vigorously developing clean energy,strengthening power science and technology innovation,and intelligent construction of power grids.The aim is to provide reference for the government,enterprises and scientific research institutions,to help all parties deeply understand the importance of low-carbon power structure transformation,and put forward feasible optimisation strategies to promote the low-carbon concept to better guide the power structure transformation.
