作业温度对水下法兰连接器密封面的影响

摘要 针对水下法兰连接器密封面的泄漏问题,利用各向同性粗糙表面的流量因子修正平行圆板泄漏模型,建立膜厚比与泄漏率的关系;运用MATLAB和COMSOL软件联合生成接触密封面实体,并对4种作业温度下的3种均方根粗糙度密封面进行有限元分析,得到粗糙表面平均接触压力与膜厚比的关系;通过数学推导和曲线拟合的方法建立了4种作业温度下3种粗糙表面平均接触压力与泄漏率的关系。结果表明:作业温度对透镜垫表面质量要求有很大影响,在作业温度为20~100℃时,均方根粗糙度为0.4μm的透镜垫可满足泄漏率指标要求,而在100~150℃高温采油作业时,只有均方根粗糙度为0.2μm时才能满足泄漏率指标要求。 For the leakage problem of the sealing surface of the subsea flange connector,the flow factors of the isotropic rough surfaces were used to modify the parallel plate leak model,and the relationship between the film thickness ratio and the leaking rat was established.By using MATLAB and COMSOL sofware,the contact surface entity was generated,three root-mean-square(RMS)roughness surfaces were analyzed by finite element method at four operating temperatures,and the relationship between the average contact pressure of rough surface and the film thickness ratio was obtained.The relationship between the average contact pressure and leakage rate of three rough surfaces at four operating temperatures was established by mathematical derivation and curve fitting.The results show that the operating temperature has a great influence on the surface quality requirements of the lenticular gasket.When the operating temperature is from 20℃ to 100℃,the lenticular gasket with RMS roughness of O.4μm can meet the requirements of the leakage rate index,while when the high temperature oil production operation is from 100℃to 150℃,only the RMS roughness of 0.2μm can meet the leakage rate index requirements.
