层间隔震电子厂房超大直径橡胶支座施工技术

摘要 北方华创半导体装备产业化基地扩产(四期)项目是建筑隔震技术在电子工业厂房领域的首个应用项目,该项目1号生产厂房为钢筋混凝土框架结构,采用层间隔震方式,使用隔震支座481个。为解决大规模隔震支座吊装及场内堆放、复杂密集的下支柱钢筋绑扎与预埋件精准安装固定、下支柱混凝土浇筑等施工难点,通过前期塔式起重机选型设计及规划布置、借助BIM技术及高效利用短钢筋等工具、采用高强灌浆料二次浇筑法等措施,有效保障了隔震层在有限的工期内安全有序地顺利完成施工。 The expansion project of North Huachuang Semiconductor Equipment Industrialization Base(phase IV)is the first application project of building isolation technology in the field of electronic industrial plants.The No.1 production plant of this project is a reinforced concrete frame structure with 481 isolation bearings.In order to solve the construction difficulties of large-scale isolation bearing hoisting and stacking in the field,complex and dense lower pillar steel bar binding,precise installation and fixation of embedded parts,and concrete pouring of lower pillar,through the selection design and planning layout of tower crane in the early stage,with the help of BIM technology and efficient use of tools such as short steel bars,and the use of high-strength grouting material secondary pouring method,the isolation layer is effectively guaranteed to complete the construction safely and orderly within the limited construction period.
