基于智能压实实时管控平台的压实质量及均匀性检测分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对现有的智能压实技术存在指标适用范围有限、压实效果评价体系不完善、缺乏可视化管控平台等问题,提出适用范围更广、稳定性更高的AICV指标,建立基于智能压实技术的压实效果评价体系。开发智能压实实时管控平台,实现了压实施工全过程数据的实时可视化监测。基于现场试验数据对路基压实质量、压实均匀性及AICV指标的稳定性进行分析。研究结果表明:AICV指标与CMV指标相比,具有更强的相关性;CMV,AICV随碾压遍数的增加而增加,但增幅随碾压遍数的增加而减小;AICV的离散性低于CMV,在实际工程中评价压实质量与压实均匀性时具有更好的稳定性。 Aiming at the problems of limited application range of indexes,imperfect evaluation system of compaction effect and lack of visual control platform in the existing intelligent compaction technology,the AICV index with wider application range and higher stability is proposed,and the evaluation system of compaction effect based on intelligent compaction technology is established.The intelligent compaction real-time control platform is developed to realize the real-time visual monitoring of the whole process data of compaction construction.Based on the field test data,the compaction quality,compaction uniformity and the stability of AICV index are analyzed.The results show that the AICV index has a stronger correlation with CMV than CMV.CMV and AICV increased with the increase of rolling times,but the increase rate decreased with the increase of rolling times.The discreteness of AICV is lower than that of CMV,and AICV has better stability in evaluating compaction quality and compaction uniformity in practical engineering.
