基于FRAM-蒙特卡洛模拟的危化类实验安全分析和屏障管理

摘要 为有效提升实验室安全管理水平,并应对高风险危化类实验的安全隐患,该文结合功能共振分析法(functional resonance analysis method,FRAM)和蒙特卡洛模拟,对危化类实验开展安全分析和屏障管理。首先,使用FRAM方法识别完成任务所需的功能和耦合,形成FRAM模型;然后,采用蒙特卡洛模拟分析FRAM模型中功能和耦合的变化性,并识别关键耦合;最后,制定相应的屏障管理措施。结果显示,该研究能充分捕捉危化类实验中的薄弱环节,以及各环节间的联系,同时也验证了FRAM-蒙特卡洛方法在危化类实验中的可行性和有效性。 In order to improve the level of laboratory safety management effectively and to deal with the safety hazards of high-risk and hazardous chemical laboratories,this paper combines the functional resonance analysis method(FRAM)and Monte Carlo simulation to carry out safety analysis and barrier management of hazardous chemical experiments.First,the FRAM method is used to identify the functions and couplings required to complete the task,and form a complex FRAM model.Then,Monte Carlo simulation is used to analyse the variability of functions and couplings in the FRAM model and identify the critical couplings.Finally,corresponding barrier management measures are formulated.The results show that the study can adequately capture the weak links in hazardous chemical experiments and the connections between the links,and also verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the FRAM-Monte Carlo method in hazardous chemical experiments.
