传承与焕新:红色体育文化的范畴锚定、发展嬗变、困境及其纾解

Heritage and Rejuvenation:Categorization,Developmental Evolution,Contemporary Challenges and Solutions of Red Sports Culture

红色体育文化是中华民族的宝贵精神财富,传承红色体育文化体现了文化强国与体育强国协同发展的理论自觉。研究指出红色体育文化的研究范畴应超越新民主主义革命时期的历史区间而涵盖党的整个发展历程,在此基础上提出红色体育文化的概念:中国共产党在领导中华民族进行新民主主义革命时,以马克思主义中国化对体育事业展开革命性、群众性、科学性、教育性等方面改造,并在国家建设、改革与发展中不断创造性转化中华传统体育文化与现代体育文化,引领中华民族体育文化发展方向的一种红色文化。进一步指出当代红色体育文化的4大传承困境:红色体育文化传承主题的历史场景较为滞后;红色体育文化传承规划的政策内容尚不完善;红色体育文化传承方式的青年面向不够明确;红色体育文化传承愿景的全球关切存在局限。最后提出纾解之径:第一,焕新传承话语:构建基于历史且关切当下的红色体育文化符号体系;第二,完善传承政策:针对性设计红色体育文化的政策内容;第三,创新传承方式:以新时代青年为核心对象打造全方位的红色体育文化实践活动;第四,开拓传承愿景:探索并搭建起红色体育文化与全球体育文化互动交融的多维路径。

Red sports culture is the precious spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation,and the inheritance of red sports culture reflects the theoretical consciousness of the coordinated development of cultural power and sports power.The research points out that the research scope of red sports culture should go beyond the historical interval of the New-Democratic revolution period and cover the whole development course of the Party.On this basis,the concept of red sports culture is put forward:When the Communist Party of China led the Chinese nation to carry out the New-democratic revolution,the sports industry came through the revolutionary,mass-based,scientific,and educational reform under the guidance of Chinese Marxism,and constantly creatively transformed the traditional Chinese sports culture and modern sports culture in the process of national construction,reform and development,leading the development direction of the Chinese nation’s sports culture as a red culture.It further points out the four difficulties of the inheritance of contemporary red sports culture:the historical scene of the theme of red sports culture inheritance is lagging behind.The policy content of red sports culture inheritance planning is not perfect enough.The youth orientation of red sports culture inheritance is not clear enough.The global vision of red sports cultural inheritance is limited.At last,the research puts forward the following solutions:first,renew the discourse of inheritance,constructing the symbol system of red sports culture based on history and present concern;Second,improve the inheritance policy,designing targeted policy content of red sports culture;Third,innovate the way of inheritance,creating a full range of red sports culture practice activities with young people in the new era as the core object;Fourth,extend the vision of inheritance,exploring and building a multi-dimensional path for the interaction and integration of red sports culture and global sports culture.
