摘要
基于25 MW压缩CO_(2)电热储能系统参数要求,自主研制了跨临界CO_(2)离心压缩机。介绍了一维热力气动方案设计、轴向力平衡方案设计、三维气动性能校核、变工况特性分析、结构方案设计和轴系稳定性核算的情况,并通过CFX软件对压缩机气动性能进行了分析,结果表明:所设计的离心压缩机设计点喘振裕度大,等熵效率高,结构方案合理。
A transcritical CO_(2)centrifugal compressor is developed independently based on the parameter requirements of 25 MW electric heat energy storage system using compressed CO_(2).The description is given as to one-dimensional thermodynamic and aerodynamic scheme,axial force balance scheme,calibration of three-dimensional aerodynamic performance,performance in off-design conditions,structural scheme and shafting stability calculation.The aerodynamic performance of compressor is analyzed using CFX,and the results show that the centrifugal compressor has large surge margin at design point,and possesses high isentropic efficiency and reasonable structure scheme.
