基于电容法的煤泥水浓度检测装置的设计

摘要 针对选煤过程中使用传统煤泥水浓度检测方法药剂损耗量大、选煤效率低等问题,设计了基于电容法的煤泥水浓度检测装置,采用电容传感器和单片机间接测得煤泥水电容值,再通过浓度与电容值的对应关系,计算出煤泥水相应的浓度值。研究结果表明:该装置操作简便,能实时、快速地检测出煤泥水浓度,解决了传统检测方法的局限性,提高了选煤效率和自动化程度。
