摘要
CFST因其刚度大、后期运行维护小、成本低等优点,在拱桥中得到推广使用,其中上承式CFST因无吊杆或系杆,避免了吊杆、系杆受损失效问题,在山区和跨越江河湖泊地区有着其独特的优越性。大跨拱桥施工主要采用缆索吊+斜拉扣挂的施工工艺,随着施工环境日益复杂和跨径的增加,拱桥施工的安全控制难度迅速上升。以山区某大跨CSFT拱肋施工对研究对象,从设计优化、施工组织、大型临时结构设计、BIM技术等方面进行研究,明确合理的组织方式、结构安全参数、安全管控要点、制定切实有效的安全技术措施,以降低结构安全风险,提升安全管理效率,推动大跨拱桥施工安全技术发展。
CFST has been widely used in arch bridges because of its advantages of high stiffness,small operation and maintenance in the later stages,and low cost.Among them,the deck CFST avoids the damage and failure of the suspender and tie rod due to their absence.It has its unique advantages in mountainous areas and areas across rivers and lakes.The construction of long⁃span arch bridges mainly adopts the construction technology of cable cranes+cable⁃stayed buckle hanging.With the increasing complexity of the construction environment and the increase in span,the difficulty of safety control of arch bridge construction increases rapidly.Taking the construction of a large⁃span CSFT arch rib in a mountainous area as the research object,this paper studies the design optimization,construction organization,large⁃scale temporary works design,BIM technology and other aspects,clarifies the reasonable organization mode,structural safety parameters,safety control points,and formulates effective safety technical measures to reduce structural safety risks,improve safety management efficiency,and promote the development of construction safety technology of large⁃span arch bridges.
