摘要 采用外墙保温系统能有效阻止建筑热量的流失,从而降低建筑的采暖和制冷能耗。硅墨烯保温材料融合了有机保温材料和无机保温材料的优点,保温性强、耐火不燃、具有较高硬度,适用于外墙保温一体化场景,但其施工难度高、节点繁多复杂易出错。针对硅墨烯免拆保温系统施工过程中保温模板施工、反打保温外墙施工、防水封堵施工、抹面层施工等关键环节施工要点进行总结,对施工常见问题提出了相应纠偏措施。 The use of exterior wall insulation system can effectively prevent the loss of building heat,thereby reducing the heating and cooling energy consumption of buildings.Silica insulation material integrates the advantages of organic insulation materials and inorganic insulation materials,strong thermal insulation,fire resistance and non⁃combustible,with high hardness,suitable for exterior wall insulation integration scenes,but its construction difficulty is high,many nodes are complex and prone to errors.This paper summarizes the key points of the construction of silica no⁃dismantling insulation system,summarizes the construction points of key links such as insulation formwork construction,reverse insulation exterior wall construction,waterproof plugging construction,and plaster layer construction during the construction of silica⁃graphene no⁃dismantling insulation system,and summarizes the common construction problems,puts forward corresponding corrective measures.
