摘要 206国道徐州段改建项目京杭运河大桥主桥为双榀整幅变高钢桁架梁。根据现场场地等条件,采用顶推滑移施工。由于大跨度跨河大桥顶推过程中各种不确定因素,致使本工程施工过程存在各种风险。通过施工阶段数字化模拟、工艺试验验证、施工过程数据采集分析等手段预测施工中安全风险,实现施工过程中的风险预判,并总结数字化模拟安全预测技术。 The main bridge of Beijing-Hangzhou Canal Bridge in Xuzhou section reconstruction project of National Highway 206 is a double whole steel truss beam with variable height.According to the site conditions and other factors,the construction of the large-span river crossing bridge is carried out through jacking and sliding.Due to various uncertain factors during the jacking process,there are various risk items in the construction process of this project.By means of digital simulation during the construction phase,process test verification,and data collection and analysis,safety risks are predicted to achieve risk prediction during the construction process,and digital simulation safety prediction technology is summarized.
