摘要
蝶湖景苑超高层项目基础工程施工前,对2幢塔楼基础底板厚、钢筋网片层数多、钢筋直径大、钢筋用量大、钢筋安装难度高等难点进行研究,优化施工方案,降低施工难度,深化型钢支架设计,减少型钢用量。经设计人员复核后施工,保证基础底板施工的生产安全与工程质量。介绍型钢支架设计及计算,详细阐述施工工艺流程及施工方法,包括施工过程关键问题,如型钢规格、施工工艺流程、安装顺序、焊接要求、堆载要求等,列出相应量化指标,增强工程原材料经济性,使工程施工安全得到充分保障。
Before the construction of foundation works of the super high-rise project of Diehujing Yuan,the difficulties of foundation slab thickness,large number of steel mesh layers,large diameter of steel bar,large amount of steel bar and high difficulty of steel bar installation in two towers were studied,the construction plan was optimized,the construction difficulty was reduced,the design of section steel bracket was deepened,and the amount of section steel was reduced.After the review of the designers,the construction is carried out to ensure the production safety and engineering quality of the foundation slab construction.This paper introduces the design and calculation of section steel bracket,expounds the construction process and construction method in detail,including the key problems in the construction process,such as steel specification,construction process,installation sequence,welding requirements,stacking requirements,lists the corresponding quantitative indicators,which enhances the economy of engineering raw materials,and fully guarantees the safety of engineering construction.
