摘要
调控骨重塑的相关神经的空间分布、神经支配及功能作用前人已有详细研究,但研究运动通过影响神经系统进而调节骨重塑的研究鲜见。该研究通过探究中枢神经和外周神经及其分泌物与骨健康的关联,讨论运动促进骨合成代谢过程中神经系统的作用过程,达到综述骨代谢神经控制的证据及运动对神经系统的潜在积极影响的目的,为运动训练在骨骼-神经轴及促进骨形成中提供见解。
The spatial distribution,innervation,and functional role of the nerves involved in regulating bone remodeling have been studied in detail by previous researchers.However,research on the effects of exercise on the nervous system to regulate bone remodeling is rare.This study aims to summarize the evidence of neural control of bone metabolism and the potential positive effect of exercise on the nervous system,by exploring the relationship between central and peripheral nerves and their secretions and bone health,and by discussing the process of action of the nervous system in the process of promoting bone anabolism through exercise,to provide insights for exercise training in the skeletal nerve axis and promoting bone formation。
