CircRNA作为骨质疏松症生物标志物的研究进展

摘要 骨质疏松症作为一种慢性代谢性骨病,其具有病情进展隐匿的特点,往往会导致疾病诊断相对滞后。因此,有关骨质疏松症的早期筛查已成为一项重大的公共卫生挑战。目前最新研究表明,circRNA广泛参了与骨代谢的调控,与骨质疏松症的发生发展密切相关,基于其高度的序列保守性和稳定性,其具备了成为新型临床生物标志物的潜力。生物标志物研究一般取材于体液样本或相邻组织样本,其中血液是最常用的,其具体可分为血清、血浆、外周血单核细胞和血浆外泌体等来源。因此,本文拟就circRNA作为骨质疏松症生物标志物的研究情况进行综述。 As a chronic metabolic bone disease,osteoporosis is characterized by hidden disease progression,which often leads to relatively delayed diagnosis of the disease.Therefore,early screening for osteoporosis has become a major public health challenge.Studies have shown that circRNAs are involved in the regulation of bone metabolism and are closely related to the occurrence and development of osteoporosis.Based on their high sequence conservation and stability,circRNAs can be used as new potential clinical biomarkers.Biomarker studies are generally taken from body fluid samples or adjacent tissue samples,among which blood is the most commonly used,which can be specifically divided into serum,plasma,peripheral blood monocytes,plasma exosomes and other sources.This article reviews the research status of circRNAs as biomarkers for osteoporosis.
