我国已经迈入建设现代化社会主义强国新征程,推进中国式现代化需要提升城市发展质量,这就需要“以人民为中心”,坚持创新发展打造人才中心与创新高地、坚持协调发展注重城市内部与城市之间的区域协调、坚持绿色发展积极推动绿色城市建设、坚持开放发展建设高水平开放型城市、坚持共享发展理念建设包容性城市。当前,提升城市发展质量受到劳动力供给乏力与人才匮乏、发展资金不足以及土地使用效率低下三个方面的挑战。因此,需要通过优化城市劳动力供给、创新资金来源渠道以及优化土地供给提升城市发展质量。
