摘要
本项目自行研究合成了新型拟除虫菊酯中间体手性拆分剂光学胺(-)-苯基对甲苄基乙胺,并将其成功地用于二氯菊酸手性体的分离,该拆分方法经过逐级放大证明,工艺稳定,可以进一步用于工业化。将其应用于特效农药的拆分也已经取得明显效果,为该手性试剂的应用开辟了新的应用途径,采用光学胺(-)-苯基对甲苄基乙胺用于二氯菊酸手性体的拆分不但降低了原料成本,也为我国农药生产提供了新思路。
In this project,a novel chiral resolution agent of pyrethroid intermediate optical amine(-)-phenyl-methylbenzylethylamine was synthesized and it was successfully used for the separation of dichlorothrin chiral groups.The resolution method was proved to be stable by step amplification,and can be further used for industrialization.The application of optical amine(-)-phenyl-p-methyl benzyl ethylamine in the separation of dichlorothrinic acid chiral body not only reduces the cost of raw materials,but also provides a new idea for the production of Chinese pesticides.
