摘要 在PE树脂中加入高纯度的十溴二苯乙烷和三氧化二锑作为阻燃剂、抗氧剂、增韧剂和润滑剂,制备得到了值得高性能阻燃聚乙烯材料。测试结果表明,所制备的高性能阻燃聚乙烯材料阻燃性能优异,阻燃等级为UL94V2,延燃时间短力学性能优异,耐应力开裂性好,在环境试剂中浸泡时间超过14天不开裂;且其制备方法简单,原料充足,生产成本低,易于进行工业化大规模生产。 In this article,high-purity decabromodiphenylethane and antimony trioxide were added to PE resin as flame retardants,antioxidants,tougheners,and lubricants to prepare high-performance flame-retardant polyethylene materials.The test results show that the prepared high-performance flame-retardant polyethylene material has excellent flame retardancy,with a flame retardant grade of UL94V2,short ignition time,excellent mechanical properties,good stress cracking resistance,and no cracking after soaking in environmental reagents for more than 14 days.And its preparation method is simple,the raw materials are sufficient,the production cost is low,and it is easy to carry out industrial large-scale production.
