4种测定苯甲醇、苯甲醛、苯甲酸的高效液相色谱法的比较研究

摘要 本文比较研究了4种高效液相色谱法测定混合物中苯甲醇、苯甲醛、苯甲酸的含量。通过比较甲醇与水、乙腈与水、乙腈与甲醇、乙腈与甲酸等流动相,发现流动相为乙腈与甲酸(0.02%)溶液的分离分析效果最佳。优化后的色谱条件为:流动相,V乙腈∶V0.02%甲酸=40:60;检测波长,250 nm;柱温,35℃;流速,1 mL/min;进样量,10μL。三种物质标准曲线的R值分别为R苯甲醇=0.999 8、R苯甲醛=0.999 7、R苯甲酸=0.999 8。 In the paper,the contents of benzyl alcohol,benzaldehyde and benzoic acid in mixture by four kinds of high performance liquid chromatography were compared and studied.By comparing the mobile phases of methanol and water,acetonitrile and water,acetonitrile and methanol,acetonitrile and formic acid,it was found that the mobile phase of acetonitrile and formic acid(0.02%)were the best.The optimized chromatography conditions are as follows:mobile phase,V acetonitrile:V formic acid(0.02%)=40:60.Detection wavelength,250 nm.Column temperature,35℃.Velocity,1 mL/min;Sample quantity,10μL.The R values of the standard curves of the three substances are R benzyl alcohol=0.9998,R benzaldehyde=0.9997,R benzoic acid=0.9998.
