摘要
为准确测量木家具表面漆膜涂层中可溶性铅含量,分析了影响测量结果的各种不确定度来源,包括样品重复测量引起的不确定度、标准样品纯度引入的不确定度、电子天平称量引起的不确定度、铅标准溶液配制中定容及移液体积引入的不确定度、火焰原子吸收光谱仪示值变化引起的不确定度、通过计算出各标准不确定度分量,计算出了合成标准不确定度及扩展不确定度。最终得出本实验室采用的德国耶拿Nov AA 800F火焰法原子吸收光谱仪测量的木家具漆膜可溶性铅含量测量结果为X=31.427 mg/kg±0.926 mg/kg,k=2。
In order to measure the soluble lead content accurately in the paint film sprayed on wood furniture surface,the sources of uncertainty affecting the measurement results were analyzed,including uncertainty caused by repeated measurements of samples,uncertainty introduced by purity of standard samples,uncertainty caused by electronic balance weighing,uncertainty introduced by constant volume and shifting volume in lead standard solution preparation,uncertainty caused by changes in the values of flame atomic absorption spectrometer.By calculating the standard uncertainty components,the synthetic standard uncertainty and the extended uncertainty were calculated.Finally,it was concluded that the soluble lead content in the paint film sprayed on wood furniture surface measured by NovAA 800F flame atomic absorption spectrometer adopted by our laboratory was X=31.427 mg/kg±0.926 mg/kg,k=2.
