摘要
通过建立电感耦合等离子发射光谱法,测定土壤中水溶性阳离子与硫酸根。该方法不仅缩短了操作流程,同时提高了检测的精密度和正确度,降低了方法了检出限。通过空白样品实验,各离子检出限为0.25~1.18 mg/kg,通过国家一级标准物质验证,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)均不大于5.19%,适合土壤样品的批量分析。
An inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was established to determine water-soluble cations and sulfate ions in soil.This method not only shortens the operating process,but also improves the precision and accuracy of detection,reducing the detection limit of the method.Through blank sample experiments,the detection limit of each ion is 0.25~1.18 mg/kg.Through national first-class standard substance validation,the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=7)is not more than 5.19%,which is suitable for batch analysis of soil samples.
