紫外分光光度法测定工作场所空气中硫化氢

摘要 职业病危害中采用目视比色法测定场所空气中硫化氢浓度,准确性及重要性较差。建立了紫外分光光度法测定场所空气中硫化氢的方法,最优实验参数为:最大特征吸收波长275 nm、静置时间30 min、显色温度25℃,检测限降低至0.05μg/mL,最低检出质量浓度降低至0.07 mg/m^(3),RSD值在0.9%~2.7%,回收率在95.6%~99.8%,精确度及准确度较理想。 The use of visual colorimetry to determine the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the air of workplace occupational hazards has poor accuracy and importance.A UV spectrophotometry method has been established for the determination of hydrogen sulfide in the air of workplace.The optimal experimental parameters are:maximum characteristic absorption wavelength 275 nm,standing time 30 minutes,color development temperature 25℃,and detection limit reduced to 0.05μg/mL,the minimum detected mass concentration is reduced to 0.07 mg/m^(3),the RSD value is between 0.9%and 2.7%,and the recovery rate is between 95.6%and 99.8%.The accuracy and accuracy are ideal.
