摘要 五日生化需氧量是水质环境监测中很重要的一个指标,本文从水样的采样及保存、水温、p H、生化培养箱的温度、固定剂的加入顺序、稀释倍数的确定、接种液的选择等方面探讨影响测定五日生化需氧量的影响因素,并对结果进行了探讨,从而提高测定五日生化需氧量的准确度。 Five-day biochemical oxygen demand is an important indicator in water quality and environmental monitoring,This paper discusses the factors affecting the determination of five-day biochemical oxygen demand from the aspects of sampling and storage of water samples,water temperature,PH,temperature of biochemical incubator,order of adding fixative,determination of dilution multiple,selection of inoculum,etc.And the results were discussed.The accuracy of measuring the five-day biochemical oxygen demand was improved.
