摘要
为了进一步提升基于浸塑工艺制备所得PVC材料的性能,根据浸塑工艺的原理设计的实验方案,完成了相关试剂和设备、测试仪器的选型;在此基础上重点对增塑剂的类别和热稳定剂的用量对PVC材料的影响机理开展试验研究;对浸塑工艺的冷却时间对PVC收缩率和拉伸性能的影响进行研究。研究成果将为后续PVC浸塑工艺的优化和应用提供理论指导。
In order to further improve the performance of PVC materials prepared based on the impregnation process,an experimental plan was designed based on the principles of the impregnation process,and the selection of relevant reagents,equipment,and testing instruments was completed.On this basis,experimental research is focused on the impact mechanism of the types of plasticizers and the amount of heat stabilizers on PVC materials.It studies the effect of cooling time in the impregnation process on the shrinkage and tensile properties of PVC.The research results will provide theoretical guidance for the optimization and application of PVC impregnation process in the future.
