高硫低金矿浮选试验研究

摘要 针对山东某高硫低金矿浮选精矿金品位过低问题,进行了磨矿细度、调整剂、高选择性金矿捕收剂试验研究。经捕收剂对比试验发现,捕收剂选用HB-99时可大幅度提高金精矿品位。原矿金品位为0.57 g/t时,经闭路试验可获得金品位为17.44 g/t、金回收率为72.62%的金精矿。 In response to the problem of low gold grade in the flotation concentrate of a high sulfur low gold mine in Shandong,experimental research was conducted on grinding fineness,adjusting agents,and high selectivity gold ore collectors.Through comparative experiments with collectors,it was found that the selection of HB-99 collector can significantly improve the grade of gold concentrate.When the original gold level is 0.57 g/t,a gold concentrate with a gold level of 17.44 g/t and a gold recovery rate of 72.62%can be obtained through closed circuit testing.
