加氢装置减压塔顶冷凝油处理工艺的优化与应用

摘要 国内某煤制油项目是以煤为原料,经过费托合成及油品加工过程生产清洁交通运输燃料,受某些原因影响,加氢裂化装置减压塔顶冷凝油量多且组分复杂多变,这部分油品返回中间罐区再加工,既降低了加氢裂化装置的产品收率,又增加了重复加工的损耗和能耗,还会影响加氢精制装置产品分布。针对这一问题,通过对裂化分馏系统操作指标进行优化调整,对现有工艺流程进行改造,最终实现减顶冷凝油作为液体石蜡2#产品直接外送,降低了能耗,进一步提高经济效益,为同类减压塔减顶冷凝油的处理提供了可行的新方法。 A domestic CTO project uses coal as raw material to produce clean transportation fuel through FT synthesis and oil processing.The project conforms to the requirements of national energy security strategy,which can effectively relieve the pressure of domestic oil resource shortage and improve the clean utilization efficiency of coal.However,due to some reasons,the condensate oil at the top of the decompression tower of the cracking system has a large amount and Complex composition.This part of the oil is returned to the intermediate tank area for reprocessing,which not only reduces the product yield of the cracking system,but also increases the loss and energy consumption of repeated processing,and also affects the product distribution of the unit.In order to solve this problem,the operating index of cracking system was optimized and adjusted,and the existing process was reformed.Finally,the condensate oil from the top reduction was delivered directly as liquid paraffin 2#product,which reduced energy consumption and further improved economic benefits,and provided a feasible new method for the treatment of condensate oil from the top reduction tower.
