摘要
在对传统三塔精馏工艺流程进行分析的基础上,研究了影响甲醇精馏能耗的因素,针对性地提出了一种新的增加隔板塔的逆流双效甲醇精馏工艺。利用PROII模拟分析软件对优化前后甲醇精馏反应过程中的能耗进行了分析。结果表明,新的甲醇高效节能精馏工艺技术能够显著降低反应过程中的能耗,提高甲醇精馏的经济性。
Based on the analysis of the traditional three tower distillation process,the factors affecting the energy consumption of methanol distillation were studied,and a new countercurrent dual effect methanol distillation process with an added baffle tower was proposed.The energy consumption during the methanol distillation reaction process before and after optimization was analyzed using PROII simulation analysis software.The results indicate that the new high-efficiency and energy-saving methanol distillation process technology can significantly reduce energy consumption in the reaction process and improve the economy of methanol distillation.
