摘要
台山某发电厂采用传统设备制备除盐水。根据原水水质分析结果,其阴离子床设计成双室双层阴离子交换器,采用逆流满水的方式进行再生,但阴离子交换器经调试移交后出现了运行周期短且难以一次性再生合格的情况。本文重点阐述了双室双层阴离子交换器影响运行和再生效果的可能因素,并根据原因分析结果,给出改进建议。
A power plant in Taishan uses traditional equipment to prepare demineralized water.According to the analysis results of raw water quality,the anion exchanger is designed as a double chamber and double layer anion exchanger,which is regenerated by using the method of countercurrent full water.However,after commissioning and handover,the anion exchanger has a short operating cycle and is difficult to regenerate once.This article focuses on the possible factors that affect the operation and regeneration efficiency of the dual chamber double layer anion exchanger,and gives suggestions for improvement based on the results of the cause analysis.
