摘要
喷雾除尘技术是煤矿井工开采所采用的主要防尘措施之一。本文系统分析煤矿开采粉尘的主要来源和危害,叙述了低压喷雾、常压喷雾、高压喷雾的区别,并指出高压喷雾除尘的机理为惯性碰撞捕集、重力沉降捕集、拦截捕集、静电作用捕集和布朗扩散捕集;并进一步从喷雾用水、喷雾参数和喷嘴结构等三个方面分析高压喷雾除尘效果的主要影响因素,为矿井高压喷雾除尘系统设计提供理论支持和参考。
Spray dust removal technology is one of the main dustproof measures used in coal mine mining.In this paper,the main sources and hazards of coal mining dust are analyzed systematically,and the differences of low pressure spray,normal pressure spray and high pressure spray are described.The mechanism of high pressure spray dust removal is pointed out as inertia collision trap,gravity sedimentation trap,interception trap,electrostatic trap and Brownian diffusion trap.Furthermore,the main influencing factors of high pressure spray dust removal effect are analyzed from three aspects:spraying water,spraying parameters and nozzle structure,which provides theoretical support and reference for the design of mine high pressure spray dust removal system.
