摘要
煤矿巷道开采工作过程中出现的陷落柱问题,造成原有的巷道顶板支护失效问题非常严重,煤矿巷道的顶板出现明显的下沉,巷道两位置出现明显的收缩问题,有效分析原顶板支护工作中存在的相关问题,结合实际巷道掘进工作情况,提出针对性的支护优化改进措施。通过支护方法改进之后整体的顶板位置支护效果得到了全面提升,有效保证巷道整体结构的安全性和稳定性,避免对煤矿井下作业安全造成严重影响,为后续类似工作的开展提供有效参考和借鉴。
The collapse column problem that occurred during the mining process of coal mine tunnels has caused serious failure of the original tunnel roof support.The roof of the coal mine tunnel has obvious subsidence,and there is obvious shrinkage problem at both positions of the tunnel.This effectively analyzes the relevant problems in the original roof support work,and proposes targeted support optimization and improvement measures based on the actual tunnel excavation work situation.After improving the support method,the overall roof position support effect has been comprehensively improved,effectively ensuring the safety and stability of the overall structure of the tunnel,avoiding serious impacts on the safety of coal mine underground operations,and providing effective reference for similar work in the future.
