膏体充填置换煤柱开采工艺研究

摘要 为解决传统房柱式开采工艺和条带式开采技术所面临的回采率和资源浪费严重的问题;在对3#煤层所属工作面地质条件分析的基础上,针对该工程以风积沙、粉煤灰、黄土和水泥为核心的充填材料的配比方案进行实验研究,得住最佳配比;最后,基于FLAC3D软件对膏体充填置换煤柱开采工艺的充填膏体的强度进行仿真分析,得出所配比的充填膏体可满足置换煤柱开采工艺的要求。 In order to solve the serious problems of recovery rate and resource waste faced by traditional room pillar mining technology and strip mining technology,on the basis of analyzing the geological conditions of the working face where the 3#coal seam belongs,experimental research was conducted on the ratio scheme of filling materials with wind blown sand,fly ash,loess,and cement as the core for this project,and the optimal ratio was obtained.Finally,based on FLAC3D software,simulation analysis was conducted on the strength of the filling paste used in the replacement coal pillar mining process,and it was found that the matched filling paste can meet the requirements of the replacement coal pillar mining process.
