许多工业生产推进都需基于化学工业,因此化工工艺的控制也是重点,在整个工艺生产中需经过许多复杂环节,隐藏着各种类型的危险因素,使得化学工艺具有高风险性,一旦发生事故,所造成的损失无法估量。探析了化工工艺风险识别工作的关键要点,围绕着生产原材料、工艺反应流程以及工艺设备等多维度进行研究,提出了化工工艺安全评价的方法。

Many industrial production promotion needs to be based on the chemical industry,so the control of chemical process is also the focus,in the whole process production needs to go through many complex links,hidden various types of risk factors,so that the chemical process has a high risk,once an accident,the loss caused is immeasurable.Therefore,this paper mainly explores the key points of chemical process risk identification,focuses on the research of production raw materials,process reaction flow and process equipment,and finally puts forward the method of chemical process safety evaluation.
