摘要
某垃圾填埋场渗滤液处理采用MBR+二级Fenton-BAF组合工艺对老龄化渗滤液进行处理。实际运行数据表明该工艺对垃圾填埋场老龄化渗滤液具有稳定处理效果。当处理系统进水COD≤2 500 mg/L,ρ(NH4+-N)≤1 200 mg/L,ρ(TN)≤1 500 mg/L时,系统最终出水可以稳定达到COD≤50 mg/L,ρ(NH4+-N)≤5 mg/L,ρ(TN)≤10 mg/L。出水各项指标均可稳定达到《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)标准。组合工艺的运行成本为每吨水73.44元,具备良好的经济和环境效应。
The combined process of MBR+two-stage Fenton-BAF is applied in treatment of aging landfill leachate in a sanitary landfill.The actualoperation data showed that the process had stable treatment performance on the aging landfill leachate.When the influent concentrations of COD,ρ(NH4+-N)andρ(TN)were within 2500 mg/L,1200 mg/L and 1500 mg/L,respectively,the effluent concentrations of the treatment section were within 50 mg/L,5 mg/L and 10 mg/L,respectively.All the effluent indexes met the requirements of the Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste(GB 16889-2008).The operation cost of the combined process is 73.44 yuan/t,which has good economic and environmental benefits.
