摘要
网络货运平台的出现提升了公路货运行业的车货匹配效率,但多数平台却面临着亏损或利润率低下的盈利性难题。基于此,文章提出了由价值主张、价值对象、价值来源和价值壁垒组成的价值分析框架,并分别对信息撮合型、承运型与物流园区型网络货运平台进行了价值分析。分析结果显示,网络货运平台需要进一步提升或增加价值主张、拓展价值对象、创新价值来源以及筑高价值壁垒。为此,网络货运平台应当提升车货匹配智能化程度、赋能增值服务供应商、助力公路货运对接碳交易市场。
The emergence of online freight platforms has improved the efficiency of vehicle-cargo matching in the road freight industry,while most of them are facing the profitability challenge of deficit or having low profit margins.Based on this,this paper proposes a value analysis framework consisting of value proposition,value object,value source and value barrier.Then,the value analysis is carried out for information aggregation online freight platforms,carrier online freight platforms and logistics park-based online freight platforms.The results show that to solve the profitability challenge,online freight platforms need to further enhance or increase their value proposition,expand their value objects,innovate their value sources and build high value barriers.Therefore,online freight platforms should improve the intelligence of vehicle and cargo matching,leverage platform data to empower value-added service providers,help road freight connect to the carbon trading market.
