乡村振兴背景下农村电商产业发展研究——以韶关市某镇为例

Research on the Development of Rural E-commerce Industry in the Context of Rural Revitalization——Taking a Town in Shaoguan City as an Example

我国现阶段提出的“乡村振兴战略”,是以补齐农业农村短板为导向的,目前农村电商在我国大部分农业农村地区仍然属于短板,需要大力发展。如何利用乡村振兴政策推动农村电商产业迅速发展,需要一个成熟的理论和实践模式。文章以广东省韶关市某镇为例,从农村电商依托的产业分析起步、依据特色制定电商产业布局、结合产业振兴政策提升电商产业发展措施、分析电商产业配套政策及激励措施。

The"Rural Revitalization Strategy"proposed by China at the current stage is guided by supplementing the shortcomings of agriculture and rural areas.Currently,rural e-commerce in most agricultural and rural areas of China still belongs to the shortcomings and needs to be vigorously developed.How to use rural revitalization policies to promote the rapid development of rural e-commerce industry requires a mature theoretical and practical model.This article takes a town in Shaoguan City,Guangdong Province as an example,starting from the analysis of industries supported by rural e-commerce,formulating e-commerce industry layout based on characteristics,improving e-commerce industry development measures in combination with industrial revitalization policies,and analyzing supporting policies and incentive measures for the e-commerce industry.
