大数据时代我国高校物流专业人才培养模式改革研究

智能化与信息化快速发展的时代,高校本科物流类专业面临加快人才培养改革创新,适应社会经济发展对人才的需求变化。物流行业的快速发展、智慧物流的崛起需要高素质专业人才支撑,传统高校专业人才培养模型在课程体系、培养方式、考核方法上都需要加快革新,促进学生掌握专业知识、前沿技术,重视完善知识体系和培养系统性思维能力。文章对当前高校物流类专业面临的人才培养困境、需求和教学改革等多个方面进行分析探讨,为提升高校物流类专业建设和人才培养质量提供借鉴。

In the era of rapid development of intelligentization and informationization,undergraduate logistics majors in colleges and universities face the task of accelerating the reform and innovation of talent training and adapting to the needs of social and economic talents.The rapid development of the logistics industry and the rise of intelligent logistics need to be supported by high-quality professionals,and the traditional college professional talent training model needs to be accelerated and innovated in the curriculum system,cultivation methods,and assessment methods to promote students'mastery of professional knowledge and cutting-edge technology,and to emphasize the improvement of the knowledge system and the cultivation of systematic thinking ability.This paper analyzes and discusses the current plight of talent cultivation faced by logistics majors in colleges and universities,demand and teaching reforms and other aspects,in order to enhance the quality of university logistics professional construction and talent cultivation to provide reference.
