摘要
超声空化技术作为一种新型的乳化技术,以其独特的优势在纳米乳剂的制备中得到了广泛的应用。本文将近年来国内外的文献报道进行分类和整理,对超声空化技术的原理进行了研究,阐述了超声空化技术在医药、食品及其他多个领域纳米乳制备中的研究进展。将超声空化技术与其他制备纳米乳的方法进行比较,总结了其具有的优势,并对超声空化技术的研究方向进行展望。
As a new type of emulsion preparation technology,ultrasonic cavitation technology has been widely used in preparation of nano-emulsions due to its unique advantages.In this paper,the principle of ultrasonic cavitation technology was studied by classifying and sorting out the literature reports at home and abroad in recent years;The research progress of preparing nano-emulsion by ultrasonic cavitation technology in medicine,food and other fields was described;The advantages of ultrasonic cavitation technology were summarized by comparing it with other methods of preparing nano-emulsion;The future research direction of ultrasonic cavitation technology was also prospected.
