学以致用:培养以职业岗位需求为导向的现代化炮制人才

摘要 目的 探讨中药炮制学教学改革新策略,探究现代化炮制人才培养的新模式。方法 以中药炮制学教学中所呈现的“抽象、主观、表象、被动”教学现状为着眼点,从教学目的、教学方法及教学设备等多方面进行教学改革;针对中药炮制人才培养模式与饮片实际生产脱节的现状,以“学以致用”为出发点,强调人才培养与生产实际相结合。结果 创新性提出了“直观、客观、本质、主动”的教改目标和匹配现代化炮制设备的人才培养新模式。结论 以岗位需求为导向的中药炮制学教学改革,不仅有利于培养匹配企业岗位需求的现代化炮制人才,还有利于促进中药炮制技术的传承及与创新。 Objective To explore the new strategies for teaching reform of Chinese medicine processing technology and cultivating modern processing talents.Methods With the current situation of"abstract,subjective,representational and passive"in the teaching of Chinese medicine processing,the teaching reform was carried out from the aspects of teaching purpose,teaching method and teaching equipment.Meanwhile,in view of the current situation that the training mode of Chinese medicine processing talents is disconnected from the actual production,the author proposes to"put learning into practice"and emphasizes the combination of talents training and production practice.Results A new strategy of training talents with the goal of"intuitive,objective,essential and active"and a new model of modern processing talents cultivation matching the intelligent upgrade of equipment were proposed.Conclusion The job demand-oriented teaching reform of Chinese medicine processing is not only conducive to the cultivation of modernized processing talents,but also to promote the inheritance and innovation of Chinese medicine processing technology.
