摘要
菊苣是一种分布广泛的菊科植物,主要以多糖类、黄酮类、多酚类、倍半萜内酯类、香豆素类等活性成分,还含有矿物质、氨基酸、维生素等成分,被认为是一种食品功能的潜在载体。本文主要针对菊苣不同生物活性研究进展进行归纳,为菊苣的研究开发和利用提供借鉴参考。
Cichorium intybus L.is a widely distributed compositae plant.It is considered as a potential carrier of food functions,mainly composed of active ingredients such as polysaccharides,flavonoids,polyphenols,sesquiterpene lactones,coumarins,etc.,as well as minerals,amino acids,vitamins,etc.This article mainly summarized the research progress of different biological activities of chicory,It provides reference for the research,development and utilization of chicory.
