基于数据挖掘探析汤小虎教授治疗骨关节炎的用药特点

Study on Medication Characteristics of Professor Tang Xiaohu in Treatment of Osteoarthritis Based on Data Mining

目的:基于数据挖掘探析汤小虎教授治疗骨关节炎用药特点。方法:收集汤小虎教授治疗的骨关节炎患者的中药处方117张,分析其处方中的用药频次、性味归经、新处方等,探析其用药规律。结果:汤小虎教授治疗骨关节炎患者117张处方中,高频药物有当归、川芎、甘草等,使用率均>80%,设置置信度为0.5,共获得高频药物组合13组,聚类分析获得6类组方。结论:汤小虎教授治疗骨关节炎以滋补为主,所用甘味药多,主要归肝、肾、脾经。处方以补虚类、祛风湿类、活血化瘀类药物为主,为中医临床辨治骨关节炎提供了一种思路和方法。

Objective To analyze the medication characteristics of Professor Tang Xiaohu in treatment of osteoarthritis(OA)based on data mining.Method Collect 117 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for OA patients treated by Professor Tang Xiaohu.Analyze the prescription content,traditional Chinese medicine taste,medication frequency and new prescription,and explore the law of medication.Results Among the 117 prescriptions for OA patients treated by Professor Tang Xiaohu,high-frequency drugs included Chinese Angelica,szechwan lovage rhizome,ural licorice,etc.,and the utilization rate was>80%.Setting the confidence level as 0.5,a total of 13 groups of high-frequency drug combinations were obtained,and 6 groups of prescriptions were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion Professor Tang treats OA mainly by nourishing,uses sweet medicine,mainly belongs to liver,kidney,spleen.The prescription is mainly composed of tonifying deficiency,dispelling wind and dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,which provides new ideas for clinical treatment of OA.
