一次性使用无菌两用气管切开管堵管装置的临床应用研究

Clinical application research of disposable sterile dual-purpose tracheotomy and tube plugging device

目的探讨一次性使用无菌两用气管切开堵管装置的临床应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至6月赣州市人民医院神经外科收治的60例行气管切开术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组患者采用常规方法选材进行气管切开堵管,观察组患者采用一次性使用无菌两用气管切开管堵管装置方法,比较两组患者的肺气功能、呼吸困难情况和重新置管情况、留管时间和住院时间、并发症发生率。结果术前,两组患者血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))、动脉氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,两组患者SaO_(2)、PaO_(2)均高于本组术前,PaCO_(2)低于本组术前,且观察组SaO_(2)、PaO_(2)均高于对照组,PaCO_(2)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组呼吸困难、重新置管发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组留管时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一次性使用无菌两用气管切开管堵管装置具有操作简便及安全性良好的优点,临床应用减少感染和拔管困难风险,恢复患者的呼吸道功能,缩短留管时间和住院时间,有利于患者早日康复。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of disposable sterile dual-purpose tracheotomy and tube plugging device.Methods A total of 60 patients with tracheotomy admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery of Ganzhou People's Hospital from January to June 2022 were selected as research objects,they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group used conventional methods to select materials for tracheotomy and tube plugging,while patients in the observation group used disposable sterile dual-purpose tracheotomy and tube plugging device,the pulmonary function,dyspnea and re-catheterization,tube retention time,hospital stay,and the incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results Before operation,there were no significant differences in arterial oxygen saturation(SaO_(2)),arterial oxygen pressure(PaO_(2))and partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))between the two groups(P>0.05).After surgery,SaO_(2)and PaO_(2)in the two groups were higher than those before surgery,while PaCO_(2)was lower than that before surgery,and SaO_(2)and PaO_(2)in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while PaCO_(2)was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidences of dyspnea and re-catheterization in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The retention time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The disposable sterile dual-purpose tracheotomy and tube plugging device has the advantages of simple operation and good safety.The clinical application reduces the risk of infection and difficulty in extubation,restores the respiratory function of patients,shortens the time of tube retention and hospitalization,and is conducive to the early recovery of patients.
